Norjan aikeet palauttaa 1 600 maasta turvapaikan saanutta somalia kotimaahansa saa kovaa kritiikkiä “ihmisoikeusjärjestöiltä”. Päätös palauttaa somalit kotimaahansa perustuu Somalian parantuneeseen turvallisuustilanteeseen, mutta tämä ei kuitenkaan tyydytä kaikkia. Järjestöt väittävät Norjan valtion rikkovan maan lakeja, jos palautukset toteutetaan. Norjan valtiosihteeri Torkil Åmland on kuitenkin asiasta eri mieltä.
– Se, etteivät määrätyt järjestöt ole hallituksen tiukan turvapaikka- ja maahanmuuttopolitiikan kanssa samaa mieltä, ei tarkoita sitä, että sääntöjä on rikottu, kertoo Åmland.
Järjestöjen ja Norjan hallituksen välinen kiista asiasta tullee jatkumaan. Nähtäväksi jää, saavuttavatko järjestöt valituksillaan mitään.

Ihan oikein. Ei ensinkään pitäisi ottaa edes euroopan puolelle henkilöitä, jotka tulevat turvallisista maista Somalia, Afganistan (demokratisoitu), Irak (demokratisoitu) etc.

Jos kuitenkin mieitään sanaa “turvapaikka” ja sen myöntämisperusteita niin on selvää että jos tilanne ilmoitetussa kotimaassa paranee, henkilön oikeus turvapaikkaan lakkaa. Ja hän lähtee joko vapaaehtoisesti tai väkipakolla maasta pois. Hän on maassa luvatta.
Ei tässä ole mitään ihmeellistä. Ihmeellistä on siinä miten turvapaikkoja on tähänasti voitu myöntää koska ilmoitetussa lähtömaassa ei ole ollut mitään terveyden tai hengenvaaran uhkaa. Ehkä ne henkilöt jotka ovat myöntäneet turvapaikkoja tulisi myös häätään maasta lukuisten petosten vuoksi. Virka-aseman väärinkäyttö ei ole pikkujuttu esim. oikeudessa.
Somalien turvapaikka on Somaliassa. Siellä he ovat turvassa valkonatsien vainoilta ja vihervassarien kuoliaakispaijaamiselta. Siis pelastakaamme heidät turvaan mitä pikimmin.
Sama koskee muitakin Euroopan ulkopuolelta levinneitä vieraslajeja, poislukien punakorvakilpikonnat. Vaikka yksi purikin poikaani varpaaseen.
